This huge office block in Toronto's banking
district was built in the 1970's. As always in major cities the problem of
providing adequate, affordable parking space arose.
Sufficient headroom allowed the installation of a Klaus Parking System

The British Embassy is beautifully situated in a
park next to the seashore. A very compact architectural design was chosen
to retain as much parkland as possible. Potential parking space was thus
also very limited.

This is a classified and protected building in

century Lombard

arched front entrance leading through to an attractive inner courtyard.

The GMF insurance company has its headquarters on one of the famous

with ca. 6.000 sq.m of floor space was built as an investment for Vienna
City Insurance Co.
Present tenants include an estate agent (realtor), a caterer, an
advertising agent, a cosmetics' producer and a business consultancy.
The usual problem of lack of parking space on the two staggered floors of
the basement has been effectively overcome with Klaus Parking Lifts with
